Bertsolari de Lapurdi. Born in Saint Jean de Luz on November 9, 1983, although he has lived in Hendaye since he was a child.
He studied journalism at the UPV and has collaborated with the weekly Argia and Euskadi Irratia. Amets Arzallus received the "Rikardo Arregi" award for his original collaborations in the Goizean behind program of this medium.
Son of Jexux Arzallus, also a bertsolari, he started bertsolarism very early. His first public appearance was in Beasain in 1992, specifically in the Gipuzkoa Interschool Championship.
Champion of Navarra for 4 consecutive years from 2000 to 2003. And of Iparralde in 2008 and 2010. He participated for the first time in the national championship in 2001. In 2005 he reached the final of this championship, and was runner-up, behind of Maialen Lujanbio in the 2009 final.
